TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All packages are covered with insurance and tracking information. BAEWRLD isn't responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. Please contact USPS if you are experiencing any issues while your order is in transit.
  • Orders will only be shipped to address on file. Any changes must be requested within 24 hrs pf the order being placed.  Orders will automatically be refunded after 24 hrs have passed. 
  • Shipping times can change due to high demand during promotions or holidays. If you wish to have your order shipped by a specific time/date please email us prior to placing the order. 
  • Items are not available for local pickup for drop off due to COVID-19. 
  • We do not permit fraudulent orders or charge backs as we work under a no charge back policy. All packages are signature required during this time and if a charge back is filed we will be forced to take legal action. 
  • You must be 18 or older to purchase any items from the site. If we for any reason learn that this item was purchased for anyone under the age of 18 legal action will be followed. 
  • You may not use any of our items for any illegal or unauthorized (nor may you in the use of service violate any laws in our jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright laws.)
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
    You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
    You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
    The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
