How long is shipping?
Shipping is within one/two weeks. Please keep in mind that orders may ship quicker than the policy stated. 

How can i change my shipping address?
If you wish to have an item shipped to a different address on file we allow 24 hrs to process this request. Once 24 hrs have passed we will not honor the request and will refund the purchase in full.

Do you offer refunds ?
At this time we do not offer refunds. We do offer free exchanges within 7 days of item being delivered.  An additional return shipping label will be included with purchase. After 7 days have passed we will not honor the free exchange. 

How do your items fit ?
Our items are unisex and will be slightly bigger than your actual size. If you wish for a more snug fit purchase a size smaller. 

Do you guys offer express shipping ?
If you wish to have an item shipped express please email us at sales@baewrld.com prior to placing an order so that we can properly assist you.
